Adobe Premier quetsion: How do you copy the properties of one layer and apply it to another?

An Article Marketing Question –

For example:
Say I’ve got one layer that demands of the content within it to spin 12 degrees, ease out, and then fade away.
And I want to do the same thing for what’s in my other layers.
Is there a way I can copy/paste the behavioral commands of one layer onto another?

1well, to copy clip settings, copy the layer…then right click on the layer you want to apply the properities to an click "apply attributes"…
…worth a shot, but im not sure if that’s exactly what you’re looking for because i don’t really understand what you’re doing.
