For reasons of growth and server speed, at the end of 2009, we were required to upgrade the membership software used to provide the free article spinner on this site.

For a couple of months in advance, we put notices on all pages, and four times we sent email to advise you about this change.

Unfortunately, if you no longer have access that means that you never re-registered to maintain your free access, or in the case of several dozen people, you did the first part of registration but never did the second step which activates your ongoing membership.

The good news is that membership here is still free.

But now that the old software is no longer running, here’s what you need to do, to reclaim your free access to the article spinner we provide on this website –

(a) You can register for a new account, with a new username and a new passcode and a new email address.

(b) Or, you can contact us to activate your old information on the new software. Our full contact information is given on the “Contact Us” page. (Be sure to give us as much information as possible: your name, username, passcode, email.)
